The appWash system allows you to connect your entire laundry room with a digital all-in-one platform. The service allows you to connect anywhere, in an apartment block, student residence or anywhere else; appWash ensures the most optimal operation for your laundry room. 

appWash Services

The appWash system provides you with maximum flexibility through two service concepts, appWash Pay & appWash Relax. These options provide reliable & sustainable solutions which enable you to enjoy simple, flexible & digital washing operations through the appWash app for your users as well as a personalised web portal.

appWash Pay

appWash Pay handles all of the billing of payments in your laundry room allowing for a seamless experience when managing the laundry room.

How does it work?

1) A B2B customer wants to operate a new laundry room or modernize an existing one

2) The customer buys laundry machines and the appWash connector box from Miele to run appWash PAY. 

3) The customer then registers online with appWash and defines the prices for washing/drying with the given portal. The tenants can then use the appWash via the application. 

appWash handles the entire billing process from the integration of relevant payment methods within the user app to the transactions with users including the billing of transaction costs as well as the transfer of revenues at the end of the month to the operator.

Internet of Washing

We bring our own internet

The connector box is connected to our machines and designed for up to 6 washing machines and/or dryers. The connector box connects the machines to our cloud and via this to the user's smartphone and the operator's portal. You do not need WiFi in the wash lounge for our machines, we will bring everything needed. 

The water consumption in Miele Professional laundry machines are conducive towards a more sustainable future with less than 50 litres used at 60°C. The heat pump technology also enables the machines to be more sustainable.
